When payment is due

Payment is made after the order is confirmed, by the method we specify. Production begins once payment has been received.

Delivery

ORNIQUE products are made to order. Delivery is normally approximately four months after the order is confirmed and payment received. Lead times may vary with production conditions, the order itself and the delivery region.

Cancellation

Because our products are made to order, cancellation at the customer's convenience is not accepted once an order is confirmed.

Returns and exchanges

We take every care over quality. In the unlikely event of a defect on arrival, or an incorrect delivery on our part, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will review the matter and arrange repair or exchange. Returns and exchanges at the customer's convenience are not accepted.

International shipping

We ship internationally. Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may apply, and these are the customer's responsibility. Import regulations and tax systems differ by country; please confirm the details with the customs authority or relevant body in your own country or region.

Shipping

Orders are shipped by courier, both within Japan and internationally. We are unable to accept requests for a particular carrier.

About the products

ORNIQUE products are made to order, pair by pair, by hand. Because natural leather is used, wrinkles, veining, variation in colour and small marks differ from hide to hide. These are characteristics of a natural material, not defects, and we ask that you accept them as part of the material's character.

Limitation of liability

Lead times may change due to weather, natural disaster, transport delays, material supply or other causes beyond our control. Should this occur, we will inform you promptly and deal with the matter in good faith.

Every ORNIQUE pair is made to order. We care about a quality that mass production cannot reach, and about making shoes close to each individual customer. That takes time before delivery, and we hope the wait itself will be part of meeting your pair.
