Please read the following before using this website. By using this website, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

1. Orders

With limited exceptions, ORNIQUE products are made to order. Production begins once the order is confirmed and payment received.

2. Products

Because natural leather is used, wrinkles, veining, colour variation and small marks differ from hide to hide. These are characteristics of a natural material, not defects. As each pair is made by hand, details may differ from the images shown.

3. Lead times

Production normally takes approximately four months. Lead times may change with production conditions, material supply, weather or transport. Should this occur, we will contact you promptly.

4. Payment

Payment is made after the order is confirmed, by the method we specify. Production begins once payment has been received.

5. Cancellation and returns

As our products are made to order, cancellation, return or exchange at the customer's convenience is not accepted once an order is confirmed. Where a defect on arrival or a fault on our part is confirmed, we will arrange repair or exchange.

6. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, designs and logos on this website belong to ORNIQUE or to the respective rights holders. Reproduction, copying, adaptation and commercial use without permission are prohibited.

7. International sales

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees arising on international delivery are the customer's responsibility. Please check the laws and import regulations of your own country.

8. Limitation of liability

Lead times may change due to natural disaster, accident in transit, delays in material supply or other causes not attributable to us. Our liability for any resulting loss is limited to the extent provided by law.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed without notice as necessary. Changes take effect when published on this website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website.
