Thank you for choosing ORNIQUE. Our products are made to order, with production beginning once your order is placed. Please read the following before ordering.

Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed we begin preparing production and sourcing materials, so cancellation at the customer's convenience is not accepted. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

Returns and exchanges

As our products are made to order, returns and exchanges at the customer's convenience are not accepted. The following are not grounds for return or exchange.

• The size does not fit
• The item differs from what you imagined
• Wrinkles, veining, colour variation and small marks inherent to natural leather
• Differences in colour caused by your screen
• Items that have been worn

Defects on arrival

In the unlikely event of a defect on arrival, a fault in our making, or an incorrect delivery on our part, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will review the matter and arrange repair or exchange. Shipping costs for such returns and exchanges are borne by us.

About sizing

We provide fitting samples so that you can order with greater confidence. Even where a fitting sample has been used, feet and the perception of comfort differ from person to person, and fit cannot be guaranteed absolutely.

Orders from outside Japan

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees arising on international delivery are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to refund costs arising from the import regulations or tax systems of individual countries. Returns and exchanges from outside Japan at the customer's convenience are not accepted.

About natural materials

ORNIQUE uses natural leather. Wrinkles, veining, colour variation and small marks are the character of a natural material, not defects. We hope you will enjoy the fact that every pair is different.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once we have inspected the returned item. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment.
