Bespoke is where the shoemaking of Masayuki Kaneko begins.

Every foot is different. Measuring, carving the last, fitting and refitting — the shape emerges slowly. It takes a kind of time that mass production cannot give.

Not only the shape of the foot, but how a person walks and stands, what they feel and value. Through conversation, we look for the pair that will sit naturally with them.

Classic leather shoes carry skills and an aesthetic sense passed down over a long time. The sculpture of the last. The depth that only handwork gives. The way leather deepens as it is worn.

Bespoke holds to those traditional values, one carefully made pair at a time.

The shoe is not finished the moment it is completed. It settles to its owner as it is worn and grows alongside their life. We work slowly, so that a pair can be loved for a long time.
