Custom-Made

Bespoke represents the original shoemaking process of shoemaker Masayuki Kaneko.

We address each individual's unique foot, taking measurements, creating a last, and gradually shaping the shoe through repeated fittings.

This process involves a dedicated time that mass production cannot replicate.

Beyond just the shape of the foot, we consider gait, posture, and the wearer's personal sensibilities and values.

Through ongoing dialogue, we strive to find a pair of shoes that naturally integrates with each individual.

Classic leather shoes embody techniques and aesthetics that have been handed down through generations over a long period.

The sculpting of the last. The three-dimensional quality created by handwork. The deepening expression of the leather as it is worn in.

At Bespoke, we carefully craft each pair of shoes, valuing these traditional qualities.

The moment of completion is not the end; rather, with wear, the shoes gradually adapt to their owner, growing alongside their life.

We value the time spent on this process, ensuring that the shoes become a cherished presence for years to come.

Tradition and modernity. Past and present.

Exploring these boundaries, Masayuki Kaneko Shoemaker is dedicated to creating footwear that will endure for future generations.
